Constructed from heavy-duty 3/16" stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity. Specifically designed for use over Alfresco grills' standard tube burner or side burner (excluding the infrared sear burner), this griddle features an integrated grease trough and deep side walls.

These design elements help maintain cleanliness during cooking by preventing grease from dripping down into the burner, thus reducing the risk of grease fires and simplifying cleanup.
