Kai Diamond And Ceramic Retractable Sharpener

This 3-step sharpener from Kai is set to a 16-degree angle so it can be used for most Kai or Shun brand knives. Sharpen knives easily by pulling the blade through the first slot for rough sharpening, the second for refinement, and the final slot for finishing. The sharpener has a retractable cover for easy storage. 

Note: this sharpener is not suitable for serrated, single-bevel, ceramic, or titanium blades. It should not be used on blades with nicks or chips or with a blade stock wider than 3.5 mm.
